I wasn’t a teenager when these guys were singing, but I heard their music; but since I’ve been checking out these young people listening to old school music, I’ve realized these guys have such seductive voices; something I didn’t pay attention to when I was as a kid; they just make you fall in love with them, wanting to melt into their arms! If you want to know what true love is, these guys sing every essence of what true love is about: heart, passion, soul; they had it all. And, they were singing live, sounding like they were in the recording studio. I hope they lived their lives in the way of the music they presented to the world. I went to Bobbie's funeral in south Orange County Ca and it was very happy and sad... video clips of the brothers played on a loop and many celebrities like Brad Garrett gave him lovely tributes... the hardest part was when Bill Medley and his daughter sang and Bill gave a lovely tribute to his friend and partner... he said I will always look to my right and expect to see you there...
when I saw them live .. the part where Bobby sings Baby I cant make it without.. he had his hand on Bill's shoulder and everyone burst out laughing as Bill looked down on Bobby. this was in a small club and everyone was close to the stage

I'm so happy when "Young Folks" like yourself hear this Music. This was their Second Number One, the previous one being "You've Lost That Loving Feeling". This was also written by Barry Mann & Cynthia Weil after leaving Record Producer Phil Spector. The Lady who introduces them is Nancy Sinatra (whose Father is none other than Frank). The Show that they are on is called Hullaballoo from the 1960's. They got their Start in San Francisco Navy Bases where they would perform for Black Sailors who were the majority of the Audience and they would clap and shout and say "That's Righteous Brothers" and the name stuck. Just to let you know that England, Scotland, & Ireland also have some amazing Blue Eyed Soul Singers as well.

If you want to hear a great song they did was called HE. It was a great song that was made by Al Hibbler. It is a form of a gospel sound I think was great. They were referred as the "Blue Eyed Brothers of Soul" by me on my radio show.
