Okay I understand Chris Brown was in the wrong but she’s not telling the whole story I believe cause ain’t no way a man or anyone will just go off for no reason but you got to give them a reason to do what they do and they was in the car so she’s leaving some details out I feel like that tbh but I’m not saying he wasn’t in the wrong for what he did to her cause trust and believe he was in the wrong and I think he knows that but idk some prices of this puzzle is missing from everywhere I see

Sad she played victim when she attacked him while he's driving. That's a another level of crazy to be hitting someone while they're driving... could have killed both of them.
My experience has been when a man is caught in a lie and you bring it up, he will get defensive and go bonkers! He will do this if he is hiding something, weather it's his sexuality, his cheating, etc. My daughter's biological was that way. This was almost 30 years ago but he would beat me up and abuse me. I too was young (18/19) at the time. Turns out he is bi-sexual. All those years trying to hide it and he took it out on me....what a loser!

I just dislike how she was not being fully transparent about what really happened. But then again they were both young and not mature enough to handle the situation better. It’s just messed up how the industry n media treats him now. There are soooo many other artists who didn’t own up to the actions and still in movies..

I hate this - he got violent because she wouldn't "drop it". Drop it meaning she should just set aside other women he's messing with (or toying with messing with) because he doesn't want to get taken to task for HIS BEHAVIOR. He struck out with fists because she wouldn't "shut her mouth". I want to change the brains of people like him - not in an invasive, lobotomy way mind you, but in an emotional, brain-awakening kind of way. Like make he realize what it feels to be a victim so that he never wants to cause that in some else ever again. Make him a better person. I think that what she hopes for too. But alas, such things are impossible without likely physically damaging him to allow him to "experience" such life lessons. Sigh. Maybe he's smart enough to change his path in life...maybe. Rihanna was... Kudos, sister-woman :)
My father used to beat my mother and I can't tell you how many times as a young child I to call the police. Sometimes running to a neighbor's house to get help. I know why my mother stayed, as she was a young woman in a new country without any family support; only had him to rely on and me to take care of. There was some part of me that was mad with her for staying and then mad at myself for forgiving my dad. I remember a few years after this interview there was a photo of Rhianna and Chris at a awards show in the front row hugging and smiling for a picture and I was so angry, but I was angry at her. I kept thinking you have all the money in the world you don't need to depend on him and here you are smiling as if he never beat you, and I'm sure there were other times that the world didn't know. But this is just my opinion on it.
I pray and hope that Riri will find her earthly king who adores and respect her as a person not as a celebrity but a kind -humble woman who wants the best for everyone arround her as she sees good in every person. Riri this was my first time to see this story and am so touched that your selfless personality is going to teach many young women that tolerance while being abused physically is not a remedy to taking respect as well as loving yourself first before becoming an international role model who will make an imaginable qualitative decision to all you woman including the old faci physical and verbal abuse to the whole world. Yes accountability goes both ways, but you need to see the situation for what it is. A lot of people have been in Chris brown’s situation where they’ve been backed into a wall and didn’t end up beating their girlfriend. she had just found the man she loves was cheating, it’s okay if she acted out emotionally.

Even if she hit him first, she was beaten bloody. She came off as overly jealous, but maybe Chris was cheating and she confronted him. A man beating a woman when he could have just called her a cab or something.

While I am exceedingly proud of Rihanna and Rocky's beautiful relationship, I am equally sad that Chris and Rihanna's relationship ended as violently as it did. What a powerful couple - THE POWER COUPLE - they could have been by this time. I sincerely hope that both of them have received extensive therapies. This is the sort of drastic and unfortunate situation in which many couples have found themselves. Thank God that Rihanna was able to summon the strength to finally escape when she did - for the sake of both of them. Possibly two of the most gifted and talented people God ever created.
