I remember the first time I had a Riki, summer 2002 in Santiago city 🇩🇴 from a corner street cart in laguna prieta. Take me back!!!! Hope you enjoy my version of Riki Taki not to be confused with Friki taki (that sandwich has fried salami and cheese) 🇩🇴
Riki Taki Dominicano 🇩🇴
1 lbs 80/20 ground beef
2 tbsp sofrito
1 tbsp adobo
1 tsp Dominican oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Juice 1 lime
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 tomato sliced
1/2 red onion sliced
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp evoo
Ketchup
Mayo
2 boiled eggs in slices
Bread of choice
1 libra de carne molida 80/20
2 cucharadas de sofrito
1 cucharada de adobo
1 cucharadita de orégano dominicano
1 cucharadita de sal
1/2 cucharadita de pimienta negra
Jugo 1 lima
2 tazas de repollo rallado
1/2 tomate en rodajas
1/2 cebolla roja en rodajas
2 cucharadas de vinagre blanco
2 cucharaditas de sal
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
Salsa de tomate
Mayonesa
2 huevos cocidos en rebanadas
