Although it isn’t too uncommon for women to voice guy characters, especially when a character is young or child-like, like with Tara Strong voicing Timmy Turner or with the character of Ash Ketchum being played by women in the original Japanese version (Rica Matsumoto) or the two English dub voice actresses in the show (Veronica Taylor/Sarah Natochenny). One of the earliest examples that I could think of is the wife of Walter Lantz, Grace Stafford. Who was the longest running voice actor for Woody Woodpecker as she voiced him from the 1950s and all the way until the 1980s.

In Riley's defense, shaking your ass during lunch on the lunch table is something that shouldn't come in your mind. And he said thank you. Edit 1: Another opinion. He's the only one bothered by it because he knows that shaking your ass on the lunch table during lunch really is something unnecessary and makes people lose appetite sometimes. The kid dancing is also influencing other kids to dance like that. Maybe Riley is homophobic or not but at least he knows when is it necessary to actually speak up and stop the unnecessary situations.
