My brother bought "turn ringen". These gymnastic rings are the best way to build upper body strength and mass. The rings build shoulder and core strength through a variety of unstable movements. One of the best parts is you can do this ring workout at home or anywhere you can hang your rings.
During corona, the gyms were closed for a couple months and Nino decided to buy his own gym equipment.
