Another great vid...My wife wouldn't know the back from the front of my guns....hence i go on my own! Alway look forward to seeing the notification of a new from you...🙂
Thanks very much Jon. Yes my wife joins me on most of my outgoings.. Charlie Jacoby from Fieldsports Britain suggested I get my wife behind the trigger more when we met at the British shooting show in Feb. 👍
I've seen one leg at the back recommended...I always put 2 at the back...more stable for recoil...I imagine..doubt it makes much difference...was actually thinking of changing last night ..one leg at the back...less feet for feet to tangle in..
Thanks for the info buddy, another viewer gave me a heads up regarding tripod leg placement saying more stability with the 2 legs at the rear. Will definitely try this on my next outing. Thanks for watching and your positive comments. 🤗👍
@@foxer159 practically...you may not notice the difference...I've never compared...in fact..I've never shot at targets from the tripod. The one leg at the rear always seemed less at stable for recoil...that's why I put 2 at rear .. But ..I've also made a "kill strap"...a big loop to my foot from the rifle forend...you can buy these...idea being to make rifle more stable...locked in..in this case ...maybe 2 legs at the front ...might be better...but...doubt you'd see any difference on target.. Maybe I'll shoot some steel from the tripod one day Keep well...shoot better... ha Goodluck
