I never thought I would live long enough to see in high level melee where a DK destroys a fox of leffen's caliber. I originally started as a DK main in melee but switched to falcon because with DK I was getting destroyed by spacies. This set almost brought tears to my eyes! props to Ringler! you are so cracked man!

Just watched the first match. Can’t believe what I’m seeing. It reminds me of his issue with playing against Samus though. He assumes character below top 8 or whatever are so bad he doesn’t even need to practice against them. We saw him making the same mistake over and over again in the first match. Also in general it seems his play isn’t as good as usual, and Leffens opponent seems to be in the zone, reading and adapting well, and not missing many missed opportunities, even in the stress of the last stock situation he wasn’t messing up as much as Leffen.

Announcers should be banned for the next year for failing to actually commentate a DK beating Leffen's Fox. That was a historic upset that should have set everyone off. Could have been the next wombocomo hype but announcers wanted to try to Tim and Eric All Dolled Up instead.

Leffen is insane. He noticed that Ringler has more experience versus Fox than he has versus DK. So he treated the sharking DK as a Marth and went Shiek for that ground advantage. Big Leff.
