Such majestic creatures. The fact that any human can train or have a interactive relationship enough with these beautiful cats is simply amazing. Lions and tigers are so beautiful and yet so deadly.

I'm so happy this no longer happens. I used to love going to the circus just to see this part. every time they were in town, my parents took me and my brothers to see the show. I wanted to be a ringmaster. I think every kid wanted to be one. every show was better then the last one. that all change when I saw a documentary about the abuse that went on behind the scenes. I couldn't believe what I was watching. I cried the rest of the night. still took lots of years for these animals to get rescue. I am happy to say that cooler then a ringmaster, it's a human being against animal cruelty. that's what I am.

Now this is how they should be trained. They weren't scared, and the cats look beautiful and muscular. That's not a whip, that's a guide, none of the cats flinched from it. You can see one of the male lions rub on it around 3 minutes.
Lion and tiger can be at the king of the jungle and apex in their domain but human still remain the most dangerous animal and threat to this beautiful cats
They are so confident and calm because they know they are the kings. They know that tigers do not pose any threat to them. They will submit them as many times as necessary.

They are trained to mouth and paw at the stick otherwise they would look too tame. The stick is used for communication (like professionals when training horses & large animals). When they retire those cats enjoy their acreage (45+acres). Unfortunately not all copy cat circuses are the same and other companies did mistreat their animals.
Imagine thé quantity of scars the animals have, they were tortured and abused to obey him. It’s disgusting that people find this heroic, these poor cats deserve to be in the wild, not in a circus.

If I am not mistaken this man have them already when they are young, and he trained them well. That is why the animals follow him and he loves them. I have known man also who has tiger and lion and they treated them like their pet. So it's awesome for me!

From my understanding there’s a list of animals, in the Bible, that are listed as domestic animals, wild animals and animals qualified for consumption. No where in the Bible is it ok to hold wild animals captive, abuse them and train them just so corporations can get rich. And yes the circuses are consider CORPORATIONS.
Circus is not the right place for these animals they don't respect these strong animals one time when they have the chance they will show them who is stronger and it will be the last lesson unfortunately.

No. He won't hit her in public - only when they are out of sight. I have the feeling it's a very similar situation behind the scenes at zoos and circuses everywhere. You only see the tip of the iceberg. You never see the real happenings - they won't show you that part. Honestly, I have more respect for lions and tigers (and most other animals) than I do for my fellow human beings - for putting them into captivity, turning them into "entertainment," and making "fur"nishings and rugs out of them. The reason they usually put more tigers than lion is so that Tigers can be less nervous in the presence of lions. And also according to Beatty, in case a fight break out there can be less tigers casualties since tigers like it or not, always get the short end of the stick
Nope, genuinely whooped them. Even in that Big Cage fight scene, he said that Lion killed the first two tigers so fast before they could get any lengthy clip. So he put that third tiger which was wild and had never encounter any Lions before, which makes sense since it actually attacked the Lion first before running in circles. You can actually see(or not...lol) that that tiger actually ended up submitting 3 times in that video, but they kept trying to reignite the battle for more footage. I've never actually seen a male lion submitting to a tiger, and I mean submitting not those nitpicked fight scenes, I mean genuine cat submitting. If you have then the ratio is probably 1:40 in favor of Lions. And I know where I've seen that 40 from.
It is very good to know that due to less audience and protests from Animal rights, finally the circus was closed after final show on May 21, 2017 at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum after 146 years.
