And Robin is obnoxious AF. She is nothing but a distraction with the unnecessary interruption and interjection. She brought nothing of value to this once-in-a-lifetime interview.
@@jadebel7006 She is the owner of his estate and the human being alive that knows John Lennon more intimately then anyone else does or few ever have. I think she has a bit of an idea of what John would want.
@@DARKOvibrationsi wish i wasnt so poor so i could see one of the last two's concerts before they die. that's one thing that sucks about being young and my favortie music being from the sixties is alot of the people i like are dead or the band doesnt exist anymore.
Maybe it’s a Common Wealth thing, couple of things in Canada & Uk can mean 2 to4 or 5 then we say 1/2 a dozen then few then dozen. Do not just a Ringoism. If we really mean a couple we hold up 2 fingers when we say it.
It must be so wild that you are the most famous person in the world and every star you meet just wants to meet you. You make everyone no matter how famous just a fan. Crazy.
yikes. You need a starter course apparently! That mess was horrible. The idiocy of Howtard's weak af adolescent-level questions, Robin not knowing how to shutfu while being pointlessly interruptive (wannabe "comic"), ignorant of Ringo's actual career, and overall just noise getting in the way of an interview.... Anyone wants an excellent interview of a music legend--start with Steven Stills interviewed by Bob Costas. That's epic. And the reason I unfortunately landed in this crap excuse for an interview.
Howard's reputation as a shock-jock overshadowed his legitimately excellent interview skills. Extra impressive when you consider Ringo was a mystery guest and Howard conducted this whole interview with no prep.
Can you imagine telling a beetle, to his face, that he is not a singer? It made me so pissed off I had to go out for a smoke to calm down. The thing that made that band so unique and successful was having 4 singers, and 4 songwriters. And then he had solo albums after that too. What the f...
Howard must have had an idea it was him, the fact he knew so much stuff off the top of his head to ask him about, the fact he knew had an album to promote
6:18 how many millions of records have been sold with Ringo singing lead? Solo albums and singles alone it's got to be 5 million. Then add the 45s and album tracks The Beatles released with his lead vocals. He's a singer.
Why all these sex questions? You have an opportunity to learn sth about the life of this legend and one of the greatest bands in history. Why not use that occasion to learn something meaningful?
I like how they continue the conversation unbeknownst to the random woman they brought on like she's not even there, with her casual "omg" and heavy breathing 😂😂😂
Interesting how there are ALWAYS lots of comments angry at the black woman. Lots of people miss the casual racism of the old show too. What a coincidence!
A lot of wisdom in this interview. 1) La dee da. If you can’t change something, move on. Of course it’s not always easy to do, but it’s possible to ruminate and fume about things that happened long ago and meanwhile life is passing by. 2) Hate is just a waste of energy. How I wish I had the chance to speak with Ringo.
Howard saying “the two girls banged their heads together trying to please you” was hilarious. Then Ringo says “I did lots of booze and coke” and Howards immediate response of “were those fun years?” had me rollin’
Howard sounds like he just snorted half of Peru. Even for 90s era Howard, he is talking crazy fast here. It could just be nerves, but goddamn he sounds so interrogatory just by the speed he is talking.
Such a difference in Ringo experience on the show versus Paul's Experience. Ringo was so open to talking about his sex life whereas Paul did not wan't to get into any of it. Obviously Paul has every reason to not be open to talking about it since he had to deal with the loss of Linda.
This is coming from someone who isn't a Stern fan. (Although I loooove Pat Cooper.) Paul is a much more classy man. (And no he is not perfect.) I think standards are what made him not talk about it. Stern just wants ratings imo. I don't give a shit about John Lennon being gay in the 60s and idc about his cock. I don't like imagining anyone's cock. I don't wanna know as good looking as Orlando Bloom is, how big his dong is. Who really cares?? I think Paul was annoyed at the questioning.
