This movie has some elements to the 13th episode of Terra Nova but this movie did it better because the 'dinosaurs' fought back (birds=dinosaurs) at the end.

@@chonky9586I did not enjoy my experience with this movie at all watching this in my 3D screening. I was so freaking bored throughout the movie in theaters because it drags on for way too long like the movie is slowing down time throughout 100 minutes ! It makes it feel like 4 hours! Same that I don't like cars 2 when I saw it in theaters on 2011 and they both go on for way too long at this hour that I just wanted to leave the theater and not wait for it to end! They are both awful!

I like this part Eduardo saw humans as loggers, but Blu want to go find Linda, but Eduardo is right humans aren't family to their tribes. Eduardo and Blu sometimes they don't get along well, but at least they are same species.

Honestly, I don't like this movie it's because of how they treat blu, they treat blu horribly, jewel father(Eduardo)treat blu horribly Roberto keep flirting on jewel and jewel saying blu is Selfish this whole movie is against blu, blu didn't do anything bad it's not his fault he grow up on the side of the humans and new to Amazon I feel bad for him, he even tried to grab a Brazilian nut just for his wife jewel to be happy scared of leaving him I still hate this movie in the end even though Eduardo finally accept blu and the humans and the crazy Roberto too I still hate this movie of how they misunderstood and treat blu like 💩🗑️ 4/10 And last thing Who are blu's real parents? It's sad that we never ever know the answer did they abandoned him or what we didn't see them in part 1 or they might be captured idk but who is blu parents

Yeah, I honestly didn't like it either. I didn't like the story and the characters like Roberto and Eduardo. Plus, Jewel is the real selfish one here I mean she didn't stand up to her father when Blu lost the match. Rio 2 is like The Last of Us Part 2 before the game even came out.

No because the movie in general lacked the charm of the first and the setting in the forest was not as exciting. Also many of the characters were not themselves and Blu was not treated that well, not even by Jewel.

I think the story would be better if you had plot A as the blue macaw story and plot B as the human story, you can cut the Amazon audition and have Nico, Pedro and Rafael appear as minor characters plot and nigels revenge,. It would be a better story without those subplots to me.

@@masterdrake43Exactly. The main antagonist should’ve had been Big Boss and the loggers instead of Nigel as the main villain again. Blu and his gang will focus on saving the Amazon Rainforest from the loggers. Eduardo and Jewel should’ve had been nice to Blu instead of treating him like trash.

If I were Jewel and Eduardo I would have apologized and reconciled with Blu and Carla, Tiago and Bia the same way Judy did with Nick in Zooptoia (2016) because Jewel and Eduardo all owe Blu and Carla, Tiago and Bia a much bigger apology for all their selfish and toxic behavior towards them and control freak behavior and all the torture Jewel had Blu go through in the Amazon and for accusing him for only thinking about himself at one point without stopping to realize how he really felt while in the Amazon. (He disliked it not in a selfish way but in a personal way.)
