As for showing signs of piety I've felt something stronger at Rezazadeh's rituals...They conveyed something more generally theistic than purely muslim. Rezazadeh also bowed and raised arms gracefully. According to the way he was crossing himself, if Talakhadze was a Muslim he wouldn't just shout "Allahu akbar" (actually Jews and Christians could also say that) but "Mohammed rasul allah", something typically muslim ! ...But of course Rezazadeh was not facing a 10th of the adversity Talakhadze got from the spectators, so I won't insist on making a point on that !!

Talakadze's snatches were pulled and caught so high that they ALL looked like warm-ups! Almost power snatches.....incredible!

Lasha did well in the 2019 World Championships. 220 Snatch - 264 C&J. 484 WR Total! Can't wait to see him in Tokyo 2020 Olympics!

Lasha Talakhadze, the Georgian weightlifter. He is already the best and strongest weightlifter and he is getting stronger and stronger time by time, he is not even in the middle of his career!!

473.5 kilos is a huge total for world record. Congrulations to Georgian world champian laula. In other case 220 and 245 makes total to 465 kg for Irani weight lifter Behzad. This contraversy is in progress.

that wouldnt really be a tremendous amount for a deadlift. while certaintly most people, even a lot of people who have been lifting for a while, couldnt do that, i would not be surprised to see someone at a serious gym who could do that.

Their snatch-weight is pretty intermediate deadlift weight but their clean and jerk weights are just something only advanced lifters could think of deadlifting.

He did very well. It is all about your mind when you wish to do something. If you practice for many time, it is possible to do anything. However some people think they dont have suitable situation to achieve their dream, it is not true. In this world many people gained thei achievement from their home even they do not need to move anywhere. Every one will pray for me that I can achieve my dream.
