They were being treated like that because it wasn’t a peaceful protest, and lots of people were doing dangerous things, throwing fireworks, lighting fires, etc. it’s their own fault they were treated like that, and it’s not the Irish it’s “some Irish people “ . I'm from the UK and we've heard and seen about what's going on in ROI. I'm sure it's worse than we know, far worse! Things in the UK are bad as well just like in Europe and other western countries. From what political and social experts have said, things are going to get worse with mass mi gration to western countries. Much much worse because the huge numbers will continue to come because of conflicts and poverty and whatever else. Even developed countries in the ME and Asia will experience the same💩. Illegal mig ration is bad but the numbers aren't as high as legal mig ration. We've got half a million+ coming into the UK every year legally. And it's unsustainable. Illegal is far less than that but still unacceptable. How much longer can this mess continue until we ALL collapse under the strain?
I agree. Legal immigrantion has to be controlled too and illegal immigration should not even be entertained. Ireland is currently experiencing a significant challenge due to an influx of individuals, which has resulted in the degradation of its natural beauty. I had the opportunity to visit a few months ago and was deeply saddened by the current state of affairs. Regrettably, I will not be going to visit again . I commend the efforts of those working to address this situation and encourage them to continue their endeavours.
I get it natural beauty is more important than the welfare of others. I wonder what they said about the Irish on Ellis island I also wonder what they’re saying about the undocumented Irish spread all over America . But hey i suppose cutting the grass is important…

I live nearly around the corner from this, I saw a plume of black smoke from my attic window, I get the bus around there when going to the shops or visit my grandparents or my dad's up in Swords, go to the cinema near there too, that place used to be a paint factory before ir closed down few years ago, now there's a helicopter flying above my house too, this is madness, lucky I wasn't going to the shops today, may walk my dog later, lol
