I haven't tried to prove to myself yet if a person losing a game increases the likelihood that they'll be in a lobby with other people who have lost or lost recently or on the same type of streak as them but I suspect that that is potentially real. But I do know for sure that if you type you will be playing games with other people who type and as that increases you tend to end up with people who do s*** like what youre describing

Just played yesterday vs a corki (ADC). I was a RIVEN, at some point we were even in gold/exp(me and corki). I SHIT YOU NOT, he W INTO ME MELEEE RANGE, I HAD EVERYTHING, FLASH IGNITE ULT ALL CDS, I ewq him to 70% hp and then he proceeds to oneshot me(I had tabi btw). Durability patch is a joke, makes adcs be thanos whenever they get slightly buffed.
