League sure loves making people play in an ultra-specific way. Like honestly I haven't seen anybody in rank that successfully abuse the Bausen Law in order for Riot to make this change.
Alot of people abused IT, but Not to Bauss degree. You could often Push in the Wave, die for getting IT under the turret and end Up desynchronizing Base timers. Making the laners rarely meet, without really feeding the enemy because of baussen law. In high elo IT became a stable to avoid tough matchups.
Is that why i saw so much proxying in high elo? Used to be like 1 in 100 games unless it was vs singed. Now it happened like once every 10 games sometimes even more often
The bounty system was shit and inconsistent, league is based in gold, not in kills, the bounty’s should’ve worked this way from the beginning, Bausf just made the problem grotesque by abusing it.
Like the others said, it wasn't a small problem, they needed to fix it with or without TheBauss abusing it. But there is a chance that without TheBauss constantly showing this problem and making it into his brand was the big push that made Riot fix it, instead of postponing it to fix other problems.
"They basically made it... changed" Eloquent as always, Baus. I love how he pretends to realize that not feeding means your opponents are weaker so you romp them mid game.
To be fair though it was warranted. Why put bounties on people who are good at killing and not on people who are good at macro/farming? This way bounties are applied to people who are just doing better overall, not just based on kills.
The bounties scale more linearly like Dota2 instead of incrementally. However when you die in Dota2 you also lose a portion of the gold you're carrying.
Earlier today, I had a record of like 2/3/6 and every single one of my deaths was considered a shutdown. I was not fed or even ahead in lane. Thank you Rito for punishing proper macro and CSPM.
the reason "odd" numbers show up is because bounties are calculated based off how much gold you have more than enemy team's average if i recall so the bounty is proportional to how much gold you have therefore it can be "not round"
13:34 i wonder how the mouse targeting made both baus and viego throw skillshots there, looks like advanced spaghetti
Funny, i did 2 games with full bausew law yesterday, while it still is hella nerfed compared to back in the day, i still went 0/9 against an LB, ended up 4/11 with 4k more gold than her, still works somewhat.
Bro made riot change the bounty system, remove prowler's claw, nerf demolish, change death timers, and remove hullbreaker using 1 champ. He's a menace.
I think I see more bounties on me when my teams are loosing. I think it's because I tend to be ahead of my lane in gold even if my team looses. I had a game where my team had a 1/20 Teemo jungle and all other lanes were loosing but I still got a 400g bounty on me to feed the 12/3 monster Samira that came to match my split
So after this one game we can now see: 1. Baus can play without feeding 2. Tank Sion is MUCH stronger than lethality 3. Baus actually can see that without daying his enemy is weaker so no need for his bausenlaw
what the hell happened at 8:05? he bought hullbreaker for 1775 with 1832 gold and then somehow ends up with 239 gold afterwards
If riot wanted to actually fix the snowball and balance the game out they would simply reduce kill gold by 100 or so. This would make killers impactful and fundamental farming even more important than it alrdy is. They could also adjust for pro play make it even less or more or the same.
Good video as always, but it feels different :( Bausen Law was unique and fun to watch, now they force everyone into the same play style, good job Riot :(
