It’s a very deep river. 10+ feet in the main and 2-3 off the sides. Probably not much soil on the floor either so 1 foot would be fine to run a spark in.
@@thicok4555 this is definitely hard on a jet ski. That water is incredibly shallow and theres no telling how many times he scraped and banged it against the rocks. Not to mention that is a sea doo spark. Those things are built to be cheap. Basically made out of plastic.
Lost it when the the dude took a nose dive into the river after askin for a ride. Just awkward af lolol. Did you just take off after he did that?? Did you see if he was okay??
I miss Bisset Creek. It's a few hours west of Ottawa on the river. My grandparents had a cottage up there back in the bay where Bisset Creek flows into the Ottawa, and it's about a mile and a half wide there. It's also deeper in two spots than my grandpa's fish finder would read, which was 500 ft. It's an amazing place. My favorite place.
Nice video. If you jet ski to Bisset Creek, and take some video of the cabins on the river there, especially the last one, the one farthest down river from the bridge that goes over Bisset Creek , I'd literally watch it multiple times a day, and like it every time if I can. My sister would too, guaranteed. I'm actually serious. I'd probably pause the video and stare at it allot. It's where my heart is, while the rest of me is stuck in the states! .....I believe that's the trans Canadian highway bridge. I caught my biggest Pike under that bridge.
I got two 2019 Kawasaki jet skis recently. i have a huge lake that is located in my town. and let me say that this is TERRIFYING! I AM SCARED TO DRIVE INTO SEAWEED AND THIS GUY IS GOING UP GIANT ROCKS
That’s freaking awesome, I was just thinking to myself there needs to be a part 2, for going back up and 10 seconds later there you go. You must have good insurance
Happy birthday! Literally blew my mind. Never thought of using a jetski to go down a river and experience rapids. Then you turned around and went back up through the rapids. Mind. Blown.
the hull is not fiberglass, its an extremely durable plastic material that does not crack. it will just bow in and back out like a kicking a football or soccer ball. It's the best thing since sliced bread in the jet ski world.
@@pouncey007 I work at a marina sparks suck absolute ass you'll break the main steering column off a big jump on some waves and it takes about 1 hour and 15 minute to get to the main part of the engine plastic hulls are ok but sparks are all plastic which make them horrible
Cd fake news. I can pull the upper half of my trixx hull off in about 20 minutes. Maintenance wise, changing the oil filter sucks ass. But the hull is awesome, I’ve never had a drier engine bay at the end of the day. All my other skis pour water out when removing the bilge plug, the spark just has about a tablespoon pour out. Even after flipping it all day.
@@MichaelOnYourSix the amount of broken sparks we get is crazy they are light so you can have a mini motor in the so they have less to em which other then doing wheelies that's the only up side as compared to like a used 130 hp or a 170hp
Looks like fun. I’m thinking of getting a Sea Doo for the Churchill River in Saskatchewan. Any thoughts on a light machine or a heavy machine in rapids?
Been trying to kill an ancient Waverunner 650 this way. $900 ski, super shallow draft, just can't kill the fucking thing though. Ran it over rocks, logs, damn thing won't die.
Quick question.. How do you deal with "drown mode" I've ridden many models of brand new sea doos and when you roll em over they get hung in a drown mode. The manual is garbage for reference. Anyway.. My friends and I bent welded and bolted a sheet of aluminum on an old sea doo just for river running. We called it the "river doo" 😂 great fun and bounced off many a rock! Have fun be safe man!
Getting ready to plan a group ride from southern Ontario one week end. Can you tell me the best place to put in to access the rapids like this? Going to be looking for accommodations close by. I have been trying to reach out to by email but RU-vid doesn’t let me.
Seadoo is the shit!! The glass water looks Rad!! I just did1:14 on my 2017 bluberry Spark 2-up yest in waves in the bsy!! STILL BUZXING FROM EXPERIENCE!! Thanks for faceplanting kayakrt with your 3-up (tows)
This was wild from start to finish, I started dying at the kayaker gone submarine. Then when he capsized at 0:58. Then the random dude yelling "YEAAAAA" 😂
Check these boats out they are made way stronger than a spark hull and are designed for this stuff :) www.minijetboatbuilder.com Have lots of video on my channel also
Nice video, if you are going to do this which is crazy fun. Make sure you have a cheap jet ski and one that has as low draft as possible in the water, do not jump in the rapids etc to try and avoid hitting any rocks. OMG you wiped out that poor kayaker, LOL.
Looks really fun but isn’t there a ton of big ass rocks hiding right under the water. I don’t think I would take my sxr1500 there but Maby on a really cheap ski it’d be fun
dud that was just awesome. i have never rode a jet ski i ride three wheelers but i have away thought it would be awesome to take a jetski up river fucking awesome dude
It's OK to hit the rocks with the Spark because it is made from Tupperware. That is where all those orphan lids and bottoms go when they disappear from your shelves...Canada
Dealer: So how did you crack your hull this badly? It looks like you smashed it on a bunch of rocks. Adam: I don't know, it just did it on its own man.
