This is my first time attempting to push an entire 4x8 melamine sheet through my tiny Dewalt DWE7480. Weighing 80 lbs, these slippery boards have a mind of their own and can easily go off track. To everyone breaking down sheets in their basement - I salute you.

Good Job... I have found breaking these down has been my biggest challenge yet, as well. This especially as my eyesight is struggling... No Joy, but you're gettin' 'er done ! Thumbs Up !!

I'd love to see a video on how you built the external fence to increase your rip capacity from the standard femch on the saw. I''m tired of ripping down with a circular saw and it never being square :)

Darn, I thought this was a video to rip plywood similar to mine. Except I don’t have a setup as extravagant as this.

I can appreciate the notch in the wall for cross cutting. I previously had a small space I worked in (14'x20'). I now have a 30'x40' space and still run out of room with the same amount of tools, equipment, and c-rap stored. Go figure.

Yeah it's amazing how quickly a workspace can run out of space. I really try to protect my empty space against all enemies (my wife wanting to store things there, for instance)
