@@marcalvarezps4vaping is not worse for you than smoking. There’s been studies done that vaping is as much as 90% safer. All of those hospitalizations a few years back was from homemade THC carts cut with vitamin E acetate. Vaping isn’t necessarily good for you but you’re not getting nearly as many toxic chemicals with a vape.

They’re just changing your vaping/chew/pouches… also the amount of caffeine addiction (me) and other legal drugs people are addicted to like kratom, alcohol, and weed… kind of offsets the amount of people stopping cigarettes.
IMO zyn is better than cigarettes & probably vaping as well but it absolutely DESTROYS your gums. But a positive about that is it’s very unenjoyable & push’s you to stop completely, unless you just go back to vaping or cigs.
People used to say that cigarettes make them relax too.Much is 24 lack of oxygen gives you that feeling. So yeah, this is the same as cigarettes.Supper, it doesn't smell as bad.It does smell over time but it doesn't smell like cigarettes though.
The clarity of nicotine is dangerous, like I stopped for over a year and felt like I was underwater(not withdrawn that was just feeling like shit but not underwater) only to start again and see every detail so many people never notice, downside is I know the risks and honestly for me it’s worth it to see the beauty in the world and the detail on something as simple as a leaf
Too be fair zyn is actually the safest and best way to quit nicotine. The company who makes zyn we’re making Swedish snus. Swedish snus was a company made by Sweden to purely find a healthy alternative to nicotine because Sweden had a huge smoking problem. It’s actually not that bad for you besides the nicotine addiction. They’ve done studies showing that it doesn’t cause cancer and the main side effect is either irritated gums and nicotine addiction. While any dependence is bad nicotine by itself actually does not have that many health side effects that are negative. All zyn is sugar nicotine and digestible covering.
When I first saw zyn's in a convinience store I thought they were mints like ice breakers for example but then I realized they were nicotine pouches after taking a closer look at the packaging.
