I will likely go wading for some trout here by October when the water gets cooler. I would be extremely lucky to get them from shore mid summer in NW Ontario. All we have are a few stocked lakes with no flowing water. In summer they spend all their time way out deep where the water is cooler, out of casting distance. Beautiful spot and some nice catches!

Hate when ya hook into a nice fish and the camera isn’t setup. Handled it well and managed to land it 👊 nicely done. Looks like a blast hooking into one with the water ripping like that
