Jk became a trainee in 2011, he was only 13 at that time and become an idol at 15. So he has to leave his family and move to Seoul at such an young age which makes even more sad 😔😔😔
True, but only a few months shy of 14 when he signed and his 16th birthday wasn't that far of when he debuted - it's in chapter 2 for a reason. But yeah, he had every reason to say that in a way the members raised him inlcuding surviving his more stubborn times.
I was at the concert in Chile when JK almost fainted, NONE of us knew that happened until a year later when they released burn the stage. I felt so bad that we were cheering and he was feeling so bad behind the stage :( but he really didn’t show any weakness while performing, he did that because as he said, they didn’t know when they would come back which is true bc they haven’t performed here since then. I wish they could’ve told us JK was not feeling well, we would’ve understood and he could’ve sat on a chair or something, or just stayed backstage and relaxed, they really work so hard for us :(
To sort of answer your question if they always go that hard on stage: the Jungkook situation shown here was from Burn the Stage, the first tour documentary series they did. There have been two more tour docu series since then and there was never as serious an incident as that one in either of those (aside from JK injuring his foot but that wasn't on stage). While Wings wasn't their first tour, it was their biggest at that time and I think they possibly hadn't quite learned how to properly pace themselves. I think that tour probably taught them a lot. That's not to say they don't still go really hard and probably still overdo it sometimes, but I think they're better at managing their energy and knowing their bodies now.
JK,Jimin always overperform than their limits, its sad to see them suffer the performances. Especially when Jimin said that he’s not at all fit anymore and has numerous injuries. JK again started a strict diet recently, idk why?
@@rikhmjustsomeguywithmousta4971 Jimin just has chronic injuries now. i mean unfortuneatly, it is natural. he's been dancing since he was so young and performing for most of his life. they're always going to be there with him but as long as he takes care of them it'll be alright.
@@rikhmjustsomeguywithmousta4971 that is short term so he looks good during promotions including photoshoots, MVs etc.. They all have done so on occasion - it is not that JK specific.
I don’t know if someone already mentioned this in the comments but I believe part of the reason Jungkook was having such a hard time was the air was thinner where they were performing. They were at a higher elevation and he pushed himself harder than he should have.
I am offended on your behalf; how could people judge someone on their personal reaction or how they enjoy the content?! They should be ashamed to impose their own way of doing things on you! If they don't have anything nice or constructive to say, they shouldn't be saying anything at all. You do you Alexa! Dance and sing to your heart's content!! I am supportive of the dance, singing, and learning random Korean words agenda! Cuz #WeDon'tNeedPermissionToDance! 💜💜 I always look forward to your weekly episodes of Rise of Bangtan (and this week was no exception) but I feel like this reaction was you taking your reaction game to the next level. Please do not feel pressured to always be like this. What I am saying is I really loved this episode's reaction. You just seemed so "present". All the things that you were commenting on were so insightful and wonderfully articulate. I totally loved that you were so honest and vulnerable with how the episode was making you feel and I was right there with you! I got hyped AF watching "Not Today", cried once again watching JK's performance of "Begin", and by the end was an emotional mess when they performed "Spring Day". Thank you for your hard work once again! This was so much fun and I am so excited for the next one!
about the Korean pronunciations, i am not Korean but i have been learning hangul/Korean for about two years now and pronunciation is super important because if you say it slightly different it could mean a completely different word. With V i think its because of his baritone voice its harder to hear the exact pronunciation so maybe that's why you find it hard to replicate! but i can understand him just fine :) Sometimes their home town dialect comes out in a couple songs so some words would sound different but majority of their songs are in Seoul dialect/standard Korean :))
@@jibootyboo hello! im replying on my other account bc my other one wont go thru! i used duolingo for about 30 minutes a day to practice basic sentence structures and learn basic sentences and words. I use papago when im struggling to find a word or sentence to use :)) if you have more questions feel free to reply again!!
I think maybe the reason you can replicate Jin, Jimin and JKs words is because they have a higher vocal register, like yourself. Tae is a baritone with a much lower register plus he does have a stronger accent.
I can't watch this episode without sobbing. The "begin" montage is heart-breaking. Btw, you should totally check that performance out! It's sooo good 💜
Suga locked himself in the bathroom and cried because he was so worried for JK, I feel like this time was incredible growth for everyone involved. Jungkook has had a few times where he went beyond and above, and he usually puts all of himself out there for the fans- but at this point their bodies are also better fit with the lifestyle- the conditioning was done and at this point no matter how hard they go thankfully they usually handle it quite well. All of them grew to that point, adrenaline moments still happen but thankfully it’s all good. The pressure now a days is the pressure that comes with fame, if you see RMs long letter he had released on weverse- I feel like these days it’s mental health they’re trying to keep well. Because everyone is growing older, they’ve reached so much they need new goals…. It’s just at that point so I hope they keep handling it all well.
Oh, please don't stop singing and dancing and being yourself! For me, half the point of watching reactions is sharing in someone else's joy over the boys. It's been fun to share this with you.
Yes jhope is cheerful idol and he's our army's sunshine 💜✨. you know Army's MEANING (Adorable representative M.C for youth) this is only half army's only know
Aah, don’t bother about the kid armys, they are pain in the fandom. We like your comments, you take time. BTS contents take time to understand tbh. You are amazing 🤩🤩
Alexa, I can't believe these jerks objecting because you sing and dance! What on earth do they think they'd see at a concert? 50,000 people singing and dancing!
I just came down to the comment to say to not be bothered about the comment on the sing-along (frankly, it's cute when you do that and also shows how much you put yourself out there in understanding them), but I see that many of us have already expressed the same. Please do not feel upset about the few comments like that. We love your reactions. 💜 About JK, this tour was really tough on him. He tries his best to put out every piece of himself during the performances and this documentary series was so hard to watch (personally). I cried alone thinking how much they thought about ARMYs. JK especially, grew up with the best brothers one could. The way he respects them, they way he is pampered by them, it's all very heartwarming. Something very rare and pure. I am happy that he has improved a lot in managing his body and keeping pace with his personal and work-life. Wish the best for our boys. These 7 are very precious 💜
It’s not often. I think they all have those moments that you saw Jungkook in when they really overworked themselves on the stage. There’s a medley they did that was Dope, Baepsae, Fire, and Run back-to-back. And they all have intense choreographies so there wasn’t enough time in-between songs for a break. If I’m remembering correctly, there’s a video of all of them almost straight-up collapsing from exhaustion. There’s two dance practices for Spring Day. One being the regular practice, the second being a “Lovely Version” where they just goof around in it.
I honestly cannot believe that people are STILL complaining about how someone chooses to react to a video, on THEIR channel. This has happened to pretty much all content creators who react to kpop. It completely blows my mind that some people have the audacity to tell others how they should react. Sorry you have to deal with this.
Hi, I am back. Good reaction, ty. This was an emotional one. There is a video of them suffering behind the stage. Lots of oxygen tanks. It shoock me. They give it their all every concert. This is why they have been working out like mad for months to give us PTD on Stage. Not doing in person concerts for 2 1/2 yrs took its toll. I think they came out of it with some PTSD. Tsk. They really soaked the energy in during the concerts. Poor guys. Performing they thrive on it. They need it so bad its an addiction that adrenaline rush. Over the years some have injured themselves and could not perform. They beat themselves up because of it. They are just precious human beings. I want to cuddle them and hug them tight. Sigh. Hugs. Later's. --NY USA Army 💜
You are an awesome person Alexa, we are here because we enjoy HOW YOU react to BTS content, and that includes your singing, dancing, talking etc!! Please don’t change 🙏💜 BTS out their hearts and souls into their craft, and sacrifice their bodies for Army in their performances - I know they are young, strong, and healthy, but we all have limits and I feel BTS push themselves way past “normal” limits. They will all sacrifice themselves for each other and for us - as most of us would for them, too. But we all wish them would relax just a little, and not push quite so hard…Especially Jungkook, he is such a strong young man, imagine the amount of work it takes for him to exhaust himself - he pushes until he has not one drop more of energy inside, and if it hurts Army to see that, we can only imagine how it must upset his hyungs 💔💜💜🙏
Also I think there's a reason they call it TaeTae language. I don't speak Korean, but I have noticed over the years that they tease him about his pronunciation from time to time. Also, because his voice resonates in his throat (or used to more than now) it can obscure the consonants.
oh wow i just paused the video and thought to myself i too don’t know a lot of taes verses?? super shocked like i let him do his verse most of the time i think he doesn’t enunciate a lot or maybe it’s his voice??
I dont know!! I think for me it might be the deep/husky/soulfulness of his voice? I think maybe if I spoke korean it would be no issue! But since I dont it is suuuuper hard for me to imitate his verses!
people are easily triggered and offended by almost everything nowadays. Never change for anybody of those people. I might not always have the same opionion, but I don't have to. I even don't have to like everything you react to. You are authentic and that's what matters. That's the reason I've subscibed your channel. And regarding V and replicating the phonetics....well, he's got a strong dialect and his pronounciation is not always that clear and sometimes he just speaks V, which even the other guys cannot understand :P They even made a song about their different dialects....Paldogangsan...if you're interested.
Soooo what is the point of a reaction video if there is no reaction? You take the person's reaction away and you just have the original video. So just go watch the original video. lol People have too much time on their hands. Keep on doing what you always have. Watching you have fun is what most of us are here for.
I have no idea if you have seen the MV for Spring Day, yet. or the full choreo. (I'm late to the party) But I think that Italian Army's video essay "what you still don't know about BTS Spring Day" sums it up best. While lyrics have not begun with that theme choreo and MV definetly have. 💜
I am sorry u getting rude comments still. Hope u can block ppl. Ignoring stuff like that is hard. I like u singing and dancing. It means u like the song. Hugs. Pls check out Not Today MV and live and dance practice. It's fire. Also, pls check out JK's solo Begin. ty. -NY USA Army
