The 7 of us got together, and spent time together, and 10 years has passed. So it’s not simply a matter of liking this person or not anymore. I’ve developed feeling that I can’t describe. So at first when we started to get fans, and ARMYs came to existence, when we promoted on music shows with them, and communicated with them, they felt like friends or colleagues. In my head, it felt like we had our arms around each other’s shoulders. But time went on, the relationship went beyond friendship, and beyond that, and beyond that, and beyond that. So now, I can’t explain it. For example, if someone asks us “What is ARMY to you?”, I’d be at a loss of words. It’s hard to describe in a word. Yes, that kind of relationship we developed. Actually, we don’t have a distant relationship, but I can’t simply say it’s a close relationship. But you’ve become someone I love, and miss at the same time. I think, we love each other so much. You don’t talk about stuff like this in your everyday life. You don’t tell someone “I love you” all the time. But we do. We proudly say “I love you”. We have that kind of relationship. I really really wish for your happiness. Really." Jimin: "I met with some of my closest friends after work last night. And we ended up talking about you (ARMY) a lot. I really like these friends and… they said that I should be really thankful of you. So I said I know and I have to come to say hello to you after work tomorrow. I said I have to do a Vlive. That’s what we talked about. When I’m with my friends, we mention the word “ARMY” a lot more than you expect. When they’re joking around, and when someone teases me, I say “ARMY fans will come and get you”. They joke around together about that."

Tae shouting over and over “you are ours! you are bangtan’s!” at the end of that concert always gets to me whenever I see it. Because I imagine that there are some people who actually really don’t have anyone who they feel like they belong with who are just going this lonely existence who would actually find comfort in the fact that if nothing else, at least being ARMY means you belong with BTS 💜 😭

I went to the Wings tour here in Chile, JK was incredible, he really did amazing but when I saw how bad he felt on stage watching 'burn the stage' made me realize how hard these guys work and we only know a little portion of it. Massive respect to them, they really deserve all the love. (Chile is not that humid compared to other tropical countries in latam buuut, there's definitely a change of air and height, plus jet lag... poor JK, he's a warrior) As always, loving watching your BTS journey! 💜

You are absolutely correct...we may start to love BTS initially for their music and performance, but it is them as people and their message that makes us dedicated, loyal fans. Very few artists remain so enamored of their fans once they reach the top. Yes..there are 20 episodes so far...3 remaining after that until it ends 😭. I am going to be very sad when it ends..I watch it over and over with reactors. A lot of the behind the scenes footage included here comes from their 3 movies and docu-series of the same names. The Docu-series are more in depth than the movies, but because all of it is paid content, it can't be reacted to on YT (but it is so, so good). The titles are "Burn The Stage (2018), Bring The Soul (2019) and Break The Silence (2020). Well worth a dive into. I enjoy your reactions...thank you so much.

As my fellow ARMY have stated, "Spring Day" is a very special song. It is meant to be a song of loss, grief, and going through the winter to Spring (another words ... Nothing is eternal and troubles will eventually end.) BTS has performed this song several times during the pandemic 1) because they miss us ARMYS and they miss the concerts that allow them to interact with ARMYS. 2) because so many people around the world have lost loved ones and now have an empty seat at the dinner table because of this pandemic. They have truly made a song to help people specifically with loss, grief and missing friends and family. When the song was created and today have specific similarities. Both tragedies were created through corruption and lies. The only difference is that in 2014 it was a tragedy that affected a country and today is a tragedy affecting the world. May God Bless these 7 angels for always being to comfort the masses. Whether you are or aren't an ARMY; BTS thinks of how they can help the world and its people to live better lives, mentally and physically. I have come to love every second of my 6 years(as of 06/2022) being ARMY and loving these beautiful men 💜 Thanks BTS for always caring. Borrahae 💜

even after exploding into superstardom they still do care,, just a few days ago, jimin replied to a fan on weverse with a long comforting message. They were ranting about their life, about the hard time they were going through, and jimin saw it and replied to them with a heartfelt message ;-; they all do that and that makes me love them even more

Spring Day is an absolute masterpiece and I think you can probably tell it means a lot to so many of us. The meaning of the song is very deep and you should definitely check out the explanation video made by Italian Army if you are interested. She gives a very detailed description and has done a lot of research to make sure she tells the right info. Someone in the comments under that video also said that she went to Korea to talk to the families of the victims to tell everything the right way. That is definitely the best explanation video you can find. It gets emotional real fast but it's really worth to dive into! The fan meeting is named fansign it is something there you have a little bit more time with the members and can really talk with them. I don’t really know long how it is yet but most of the time you will have like 30 seconds for every member. It is really a cool thing to do. (You come in with albums you buy or you can win it and buy tickets for it). I love your reactions. Been an army for like 7 years for me is really cool to see other People find their way to be a army. RM at the end of their every concerts has always left wise words and his speach at the end of their every concerts is my fave it got me always straight to your heart.

I went to the Wings tour with my sister and even though it was at a smaller venue (NJ Prudential Center) it was AMAZING. Even without all the stage effects their intensity and also genuineness had everyone on their feet cheering their hearts out. By the end of the concert with Young Forever and Outro: Wings people (me included) had tears in our eyes from being so happy. I felt euphoric and it was, in all seriousness, one of the best moments of my life.

Thanks so much for posting this -- its amazing that although i have seen this before, watching it again still brings the same emotions - i cried watching the clips where JK was hurt and they were playing Begin -- i love their brotherhood, their msg, their sincere love for the Army and their dedication to their craft. I agree that inspiring is a great word to describe them - their journey is an inspiration to me. i admire many artists but honestly BTS is the only musical act that brings me to tears (of joy 😊)

What's even crazier is when you realize that since Koreans count their birthdays and ages differently, JK was actually 13 international age when he signed with BigHit and moved into the dorms in 2011. In the USA, he would have been a 7th grader. He was 15 international age when they debuted in 2013, just a couple of months before his 16th bday. So at the time of debut in June 2013, their international ages were: Jin 20, Suga 20, jhope 19, RM 18, Jimin and V 17, and JK 15. Of course they had a live-in manager to oversee them, but when JK talks about the other guys raising him, they kinda did.

Spring Day is my top favourite of all BTS's songs. And after watching the MV explanation video it added a whole layer of meaning to it that made the song even more special. As Jin stated hearing the guide track sang by JK he cried. By the way, Burn the Stage series is one of those documentaries that shows the guys' behind the scenes especially during the Wings tour-you should check it out. i really recommend the spring day cover done on the korean show “immortal songs” by song so hee. she’s a traditional singer and the way she delivers spring day is just… it’s amazing. maybe listening to that in addition to reading the lyrics can help you understand why the song is seen as so special :) something about missing someone as “snowflakes fall and melt away”, wondering if “i was the dust in the air, maybe i could get to you faster” and then the heartache of “maybe those snowflakes have become cherry blossoms… but i still miss you” . that bittersweet hope of waiting possibly forever until you’re reunited with that person you desperately need to see again. i listened to spring day a lot after my grandpa passed away. it also makes me think a lot about my family in afghanistan who i don’t know when i’ll get to see in person again. it’s just a very well written and well composed song that really touches your heart. i also really love the choreography:) sorry for the long comment, spring day is just something special and i know there are some people who might think the hype is overrated but i think when the song clicks for you, it really hits you and never let’s go. 🌸💜

I’m sure people have told you, and hopefully your dream team has put it on your list, but Spring Day cannot be fully understood without watching at least one of the two explanation videos. (There is actually a 3rd one out there but it’s wrong). The one in English goes more into the literary and film and art source material, whereas the Italian one goes more into the event that inspired the song and the political repercussions of the whole thing. But once you know what Spring Day represents you can’t but respect BTS even more.

I attended wings concert in my country back in 2017. Indonesia, April 29. It was amazing and yes they always did their best to communicate with us with our language and it really has significant and deep meaning to us. They are truly amazing. I cried alot that day 🥺🥲

The relationship between BTS and ARMY on cameras are not just for cameras. It was meant to be there to inspire ARMYs who couldn't meet them in person and make us feel the same thing as those ARMYs who are lucky enough to meet them. The cameras around them is not just for a show but for contents to help us get through our tough times and to entertain us as well. They're practically so big now that they can't connect with all of us in person but the contents they put up help them connect to us who live far away. I may be a little late in this fandom but I am just happy I found them.

Jim, you made such a great point about the climate difference in Chile...I completely didn't realize how different the climate was while they were performing for the concert. That was a really insightful comment! It put things more into perspective on how hard these boys work for ARMY and themselves.

Maybe someone said it already but Santiago is at the feet of the Andes. It has quite high elevation. Seoul is at 125’ above sea level. Santiago is ~1800’ I’m assuming that also added to the exhaustion

Chile has altitude... so is normal to be a little out of breath when you are there. But dancing and jumping... will definetly do that out of breath state.

I missed the BTS commercial at the superbowl, that's my only thoughts on that. As for the boys, imagine RM leading and them trusting him and Kookie carrying them all on his shoulders cuz he's lead vocals and CENTER. Such pressure, they always amaze me💜

Jim i just came back from watching your twitch reaction on Spring Day. Yeah you should watch other docu about the tragedy. Just like to add that the sadness didn’t end there. This tragedy took lives after because some people felt guilty about it. I’m not gonna go into detail but yeah, just watch the docu about it. My heart feels heavy after watching your twitch although i already watched the explanation vid on spring day before. It’s just heartbreaking and yes it makes me angry too. sigh

Hehe Jim latam it’s very big, there’s places that are tropical and places that snow all year round, in Santiago de Chile it’s very template in general, I imagine jet lag was the monster to beat in this case, there’s like a 12 hs difference with South Korea

Tbh I think BTS would prefer meet & greets where less fans get to attend, but they get to have this one on one experience, rather than getting 5x the amount of ARMY’s to see them and only be able to give them a 2 second autograph moment.

I went to the Wings tour as well here in Manila and it was one of the best shows I’ve ever been to. Quick question though, before checking out the Wings Tour, will you check out any of the HYYH shows? Oh, and the Wings Tour on dvd is the “The Final” encore concert they did in Seoul, a whole year after the tour started. So I was rewatching it and realized it had a lot of songs off of the next album, Love Yourself: Her. Just a heads up.

Soccer is the main sport in South America and when international teams play in Chile they normally get ther like 2 or 3 weeks early just to acclimatize to the high altitud our poor kookie only had few days. I almost passed out one time due to altitude and I was only walking 😂can you imagine is I dance I would have been 😵
