True, I think is more the customization… wonder levels don’t add that much per level

I've changed my opinion on this. I think the wonders do make a difference, it just takes a few upgrades to notice the difference.

P.S I'm using the exact same set up of course.

@@suzyjanzen1589 56. I had to negotiate in the end. All of your videos have worked really well for me except #56, and I've even got skins and stronger Wonders than you. Thanks for all videos by the way

@@benicook8406 honestly I would rather they go to the back but if you want them to hit the front move then over to right next to the light infantry

@@suzyjanzen1589 thanks Suzy, tried that too, but still failed. You know what I find interesting, battle #57 your Cavalry run straight to the back, where mine run inwards to the front line (like yours did in #56). They must have changed something after a recent update because my troops aren't behaving the same way.

You can progress on the campaign well past the suggested troops, I was able to do it without skins so you should be able to with some

@@suzyjanzen1589 how did u manage the all elephants level in the hannibal campaign? Really struggling with Early Rome troops here.

@@carrrlos556 I’m having difficulty remembering exactly what I did but if I remember correctly I stacked one side with heavy infantry and the middle with cavalry. With levels like that you always want to get your enemy on a clear path away from at least one set of archers so you can buy time for your other commanders to recharge. I think I was able to kill a couple elephants in the center and used my commanders to kill a couple on the right in unison with my other troops and then led the battle to the left and bought enough time to drop Spartans and hogs again on the remaining elephants while they were advancing on my archers

Search for archaic fields on ROC's discord and you'll find some prints from Hyperion with notes how to beat the most difficult fights. I follow his tactics and could get Hannibal in ER. My Artemis was 3 and Zeus 5 with some skin buffs.

@@carrrlos556 I beat that specific level using a mercenary commander, in addition to a large amount of combat boosts. It was overkill though, the mercenary commander was a real beast!
