You will need the Speechraft "Intimidate" skill from the Strength tree (requires one STR point). Wait until the screen turns purple along the edges and select, "Tell on Him". This will lead to combat against two foes. In order to play the game again you'll have to bribe your way in with 1 silver or unlock the Speechcraft "Persuade" to get in for free. It may take a dozen hands or so before someone attempts to cheat.
