As far as my conjecture is concerned, Rishi is a better option than the others, they are fed up with the Uk's administration (the reasons are lucid and clear). Having an Indian origin Rishi's rule could be a boon for the minorities in the state and he might do wonders in strengthening ties between the U.k and the Asian region. As you said he is a rich leader and a businessman as well, he may control the U.k's crippling economy based on his experiences. I'd be less optimistic. Uk politics has seen many other PMs coming from minority groups in the past, as well as foreign born political figures. And most of them were Conservative. He may become a transitional PM as a general election is feasible.
