2bhk in mulberry costs around 1Cr while 3bhk costs 1.5Cr. Paying extra 50lac for 1 room, servant area and dressing area next to washroom. Not sure if there is any scope for price appreciation. For settling your own family, this is one the best project in the area with mivan construction and huge central open area and good location.

Property price in lucknow is at its peak just because of the black money used by politicians and bureaucrats there is no scope for middle class family to buy a home . It's better to buy property in city like Indore , Jaipur these cities have very affordable rates .

1.5 crore for 3 BHK in lucknow that to with no basic amenities for common family. I think the price in Lucknow is just a bubble and it will explode please be aware of this kinds of fraud by the builders .

Rishita mulberry ki loading bahut hai not worth for money har month ₹500 per sqft rate badha rhe hai jabki land already purchased hai.... Ek baat aur Land Usage change case ka kya hua ??

Ye 6 months me rate badha hai pr usse last year theek tha. Ye 6 months me 1000 badha hai pr 2023 me almost same tha. Ab overpriced ho gya hai

Monopoly bana rhe hai Brand ke naam par tbhi bik nhi rha hai aur aise broker apne fayde ke liye overhype kr rhe Noida me 1 cr me 1800 sqft 3 bhk with 2 parking easily mil jati hai yha to 1 cre koi project nhi

@@user-ni1vb2pi1m I paid 80lacs all inclusive for a 2bhk in this and I think I paid atleast 5-7 lacs more than justified price but I will be using it for end use and the gentry and overall environment in this project will be worth it.
