I love how it actually takes some time for the character to get the spare magazine. In other games that animation is way too fast, it looks like they're just reusing the same magazine that they ejected

@@sleepy1036 love when people are quick to judgement. I haven’t touched COD in months and now pretty much exclusively play Sandstorm and Squad. Plus, RS2(to me) plays like a slightly slower paced battlefield. However the reloads make it seem the game is played about the same pace as squad as the reloads for the guns in both games are about the same. If this game was slower paced, than the reloads wouldn’t be a problem. But when I(an amateur shooter) can reload a Thompson quicker than this game, u got a problem
@@dogus4728 This game already doesn’t give off a “vietnam vibe” when you look into it after playing long enough, and start to notice every little innaccuracy more and more, when the server votes resort for 40th time in a row and you’re playing with a team dressed up like they’re senile and trying to remember their fashion sense, you start to wonder if its the Viet Nam war or just Viet Nam themed.
I'm having PTSD playing this game after 2 weeks because i often got shot (Mostly headshot) out of nowhere Lol. My heart beats so hard because of adrenaline
I got this game, and the two or three weeks that I played I only found nearly empty servers with people who are even worse than me, which is a shame because the game is so good
There one non-special reload animation but I like that detail If you turn on the Manual Bolt Action Take the sniper and shoot then reload the character will reload only one bullet instead of two bullet
I love how detailed and accurate most of the animation are, really my only complaint is alot of the cocking and shell insertion are over done man looked like he was trying to rip the reciver out the back of the gun

Sad that this game has already seen it´s best days. Now, there are only about 600-1000 players online at the same time and there´s hardly any communication. I miss the days, playing on the same server over and over again with the same dudes that prefered that server, too. 40/1 Squad Veteran Server is really empty nowadays.
Ah yes the game that i never had the chance to play because servers with low ping are always full and the available servers always have such high ping like 200+

This was 2 years ago but rounds for those thing are not very common If they have to convert their MAT 49 to Tokarev rounds because they’re lacking 9mm then I doubt they had rounds for arisakas
This is way better than CW because CW guns are anarchronistic shit, instead of MAT-49, FAL and Sterling L2A3. We got fictional Bizon aka Bullfrog, Krig 6, and KSP-45.

@@kujivuniakituo6121 they feel clunky lol, they don't have too much weight to them and are kinda snapy, having some actions (like pulling out a mag or putting another one in) feeling either to quick or too slow, compare these to like tf2 reload animations, Insurgency sandstorm's, apex legends reload animations or even more modern cod's, they just look bad
I barely get to use any of those weapons because i either find an AK on the floor and decide to take it or i get gunned down by some Vietcong while running to the objective
@@RickettsJr Watch any video about the same gun in different games. They all are slightly different because they were made by different modelers. This M60 looks exactly the same as the one in CoD. Just because it’s the same weapon doesn’t mean it will look exactly the same in every game that features it.
I wish the animations weren't so slow and kind of boring, I can't stop mentioning how unrealistic that someone would be this slow in the middle of a war, is like you take the magazine of a rifle and then stare at it for 2 - 3 seconds until your character remembers where he keeps the other ones. I really can't think of an excuse for something like that, gameplay? it just makes you stay on cover for longer periods of time.
That is kind of necessary. You need to see if those bullets are tidied up, and they are correctly held and not reverse. The speed of these animations are not bad, and there arent many unnecessary parts.
You also need time to reach your new mag in your pouch, check if there are bullets in it and also their positions (as already mentioned). These soldiers aren't like SEALs or SAS, this also not a gun & run arcade FPS like CoD. This depicts these soldiers as average or even fresh recruits. If you watch some combat footages of Vietnam war, soldiers don't reload their guns with God speed like in CoD or BF, or just watch some war movies. There is also a thing called "battle stress". You try to reload with God speed you have a high chance of messing up your reload or even your gun. Personally I like this kind of reload, look more realistic.
The other guys comments on realism so for gameplay it is also good as you cant have snipers reload in .1 of a second or no one will be able to cross a road in the game, you also cant have a guy with ppsh drum mag run into a building spray a few of them down and reload before the guys realise whats happening. In cod this is fine as it takes half a mag to kill someone but in a game where you can get one tapped in the heart, spine or head with any gun, that would be a major issue.
Rushing a reload is a terrible idea and kinda hard with older weapons. Not ever game has to be like cod and I'm pretty sure you would want to stay in cover during war. Remember: slow is smooth and smooth is fast.
