Well 21 would be a borderline result from major/catastropic to borderline likey/certain..and it fence sits in both ? Is that right? Interesting question.. appreciate feedback.. thanks
If you perceive the likelihood of a risk occurring is 'likely' and the consequence of that risk occurring is 'major', then the risk is scored a 21. Note this is a subjective approach determined by the boat owner or skipper based on their experience, knowledge, and perception of risk. What is important here is the score relative to the score of other risks. (Apologies for my very late reply).
