Risk vs Reward?
After spending an amazing few days south of Inverness with our good friends Marco and Tina from @HakunaMaPumbaa and Sean from @ProjectCamper, we all pack the vans and head further south in deep snow conditions back towards the Cairngorms and some Scottish winter in the mountains.
Our plan was to go back to the one of our favourite park ups on the Cairngorm mountain and spend a few days enjoying the last of winter. The weather was on our side and we had a need to go climb, walk up Ben Macdui and enjoy the views, we didn't have the proper equipment for winter mountaineering, but the rewards of getting to the top, outweighed the risks involved.

Hey :) I’m Rob and my dog is called Archie (airedale terrier) and I've been living full time on the road since 2020. This journey began when I left the UK Armed Forces and retired and now spend the rest of my life travelling with the dog while living full time in our self converted van called Shaky. Living the van life enables me to travel, experience and document the beauty of this world and be with my dog 24/7. It's all about the journey, the destination and the adventure.. with good friends along the way! See you on the road soon! 🚐 #vanlife
