I'm Adu, sharing my thoughts from nextdoor Ghana. I discovered your channel about two days ago. You're doing a great job. Keep it up. The politicians with all the resources at their disposal need to know the challenges that everyday people go through. It's like they do not care

Absolutely, they don't know that you and I exist. Even in your Ghana nation I believe it is the same thing because Ghanaian government and armed forces usually copy all the crazy stupidness of Nigerians before they realized their mistakes.

SE (local) palm oil is the BEST kind. I specifically go to African store in the US to buy this oil. I happily pay the higher prices for SE palm oil because you can taste the difference. My abacha and ofe has to come correct. 😄I can never use any other palm oil. Keep it up producers and I will keep supporting you guys! Thank you!

I hope they plant a few of those seeds every year to ensure longevity. They could use a cement floor for hygiene too, maybe a filter. Has he got crowd funding going? I can contribute a few dollars and I'm sure a lot of other people can too. It's an easy way for people to help without costing a lot for anyone. Good for him for employing the women in the community. I think that's great.

I am giving you idea how to make seprater without electricity and manual. You have cracking machine with seprater. Just imagine separater. You make drum as it is, you make middle stand to stand on ball bearing with stand on both the sides. The middle rod play very important role, Ballbearing will move the drum. Now you break the middle of base stand table on which the drum is fix. Just cut slightly. Make drawing on paper. Why I am saying this because you need space to move handle. We need to fix handle which will move faster like machine. First step You make two circular shape iron structures , larger then drum to be fix at different distances. Second step. You join this two circular rod with same size iron bar. It will be sterining of car, with different rod at some distance. Third step. Now you fix on circular drum in the middle position. We have to give cut in middle of base table for movement of this structure. Fourth step. You make closing cover on both the sides using coupling . Fifth step. You half fill the drum rotate it , with help of handle. Drum will rotate with speed. Give slant to dum for collection. From right side put the seeds and left side collect. Ballbearing on both the sides of rod is important. When dust will stop coming stop. Fill the drum in half for good cleaning, seeds need space for movement. Please visit site, How to make diya. Factory explorer. He is rotating handle very fastly. You can use for grains, using different shive for different types of grains. Factory need lots of other things, I will write tomorrow. Jai shree ram. I will request to learn screen printing, either you can make labels or print directly on packing material. Like plastic bag or Jarrycan. You purchase insta sealer. you either pack in one liter plastic bags or one liter bottle or 5 liter Jerry can. For plastic bags, you must purchase thick plastic tunnel. Use insta sealer, you seal it. It's cheaper machine. You cut pepsi bottle in half, it will become funnel. You take 20 liter Jerry can make in sleeping position. You cut top , it will become tray. You purchase 200 liter or any size of your choice. You put flap type tap. Flap type close easily. You put oil in the drum for any setting any sediment inside oil. Within 3 days, you get good results. You open tap and fill it . Oil will be cleaned and transparent. If you want fast setting of oil sediment . You can make durm to rotate as clay makers move the disc. Use ballbearing at the basement of drum for making rotating disc. Dust will settle down after rotation of drum. It's called as spinning movement. Take care of tap , tap can open while rotating. Make frame with coupling. Open your company. Jai shree ram.

You can actually make 2 types of oil from the palmnut fruit/vegetable - palm-kernel oil and other products too. Thanks David. He goes through long, gruelling lengths to bring us insightful content.

I wonder if the smoke is harmful for them to breathe in?? On top of that it is a lot of strainous manual labor but I am sure they are used to it. Why do they not wear shoes; I guess their feet are also used to stepping on hard things. Nigeria has plenty of money for surely they can provide these workers with more efficient machinery. FYI: The surrounding was beautiful and tropically.

I have one suggestion, for making oil stable for one year or more years. You must experiment. You purchase larger sizes frying pan, you grill the seeds, you put the seeds and cook for 30 minutes by shaking up and down or more time can be required for different varieties, this you must check. Dry fire will break the shell of nut. You don't need to boil or pass through any machine. You can avoid two process. Removing skin seeds, boiling it. In case if this system doesn't work, you remove skin of nut by machine. I will give you idea to make manual separater. Main purpose is to avoid water from oil solution. Water spoil the oil. you can use bull for rotation. After frying put hot nut in the machine for pressing. The main experiment is we must measure time required for separation of nut skin during dry frying. Check for thirty minutes or one hour. We are women, we cook food, we know by perfume , when perfumes of food comes, we know it is cooked, otherwise check change in color of skin. You must keep stirring so that it won't burn. Burning of skin can give black color to oil. You cover the pan after stirring to make process very quick. I will give you all tips to become oil mill owner you pass on to your friends and family. Jai shree ram.
