Hi Jayne, thanks very much! This was so fun to run, with the beach, woods, and board walk along the marsh. I will do this run again in the summer; should also be nice with the leaves on the trees. We will go at low tide when the sand is a bit firmer. Thanks for joining me on this run!
Fantastic! Hello from "New" Scotland! Our flag colours are the inverse of your country. My family on my mother's side is from Scotland, via Cape Breton in Nova Scotia. We are told our highlands area is very similar to Scotland! Cape Breton is an island in the north east of Nova Scotia, with names like Lochaber and Inverness, we still speak Gaelic in those parts of our province. I'm very happy to have you subscribe and join me on this. I have subscribers from Brazil and Japan, not sure where else. In the spring, for you, I will make a trip to run in Cape Breton, if there is a place you would like to see, please let me know. Also, as a kid, I was fascinated with the Loch Ness Monster; and always imagined a dinosaur similar to my fav (Brontosaurus) swam in your waters. For now, I'm happy to have you join me on my runs here in Nova Scotia, thank you!
I should also say, to my very good friends in Turkey and Mexico, yes I noticed you subscribed (from comments on other videos) and I thank you very much! Muchas Gracias and Tesekkur!
Nice one, yes on the documentaries I have seen, Canada looks like Scotland on Steriods! All very beautiful, saying that I'd love to visit Mexico and Turkey, actually the whole planet if I could. Nessie is a grumpy bloody monster mind , she's always in the huff.
@Faitdubois That would be great; I have spent over a month is each country and highly recommend both to you! My fav run in Mexico is along the Malecon in Campeche, 6am is best because it is super hot there; you can catch the sunrise over the water. Then a hot chocolate with breakfast, they have the best hot chocolate in the world! The chocolate there has a very unique spice, try any cafe along 59th street. It is super safe to walk there, as is the entire city. For Turkey, there is a wonderful paved path to run along the Bosphorus Straight in Istanbul. Around 5pm is a great time to go, many people out walking and you can catch the sun set! This is also a very safe area any time of day or night. Then, I like to head up to the Bomonti craft brew pub for a fresh craft beer in the historic and very trendy Bomonti district!
Thanks Mitch enjoyed running with you today. Love the runways built for walking on, just thinking we could do with a lot more of them in Scotland. Loved your dance in the Sea.
Haha, Thanks Aster! Yes, it was very cold, our ocean water here is chilly, even in the summer. I should have known better! I will go back to this beach in a month or so for another GoRun video and might try the water again! Thanks for your views and your comments :)
