Don't agree with you. I think if you love Dime, the last thing you'd do is attack the love of his life. Rita was also his manager, and she's partly responsible for the success of Pantera. She is Pantera Family - and everyone needs to make money somehow. Dime would give his gear to people he didn't know, so she's continuing his generosity. Why are you so angry.
