So, travelling from my mum’s bungalow this morning (11.30am) on a: sunny, bright and beautiful Saturday morning, Claudia’s chatting to Rita on her Radio 2 show - and, wow I hear this song and what a tune, with the legendary Mr Browne, I had to find this music on RU-vid (here at 11.45pm) still listening to it with a drop of Whisky… I couldn’t help thinking, God bless the day I found you (my wife of +30 years) and my mum always saying to me she is the girl for you. Albeit, mum has dementia and hence the reason for putting her bungalow on the market this morning… Life is not easy, enjoy every minute with the people you ❤

Truly phenomenal. I'm a big fan of Jackson Browne's music and Rita is a great actress but I never knew how beautiful her voice is. You two dueting on this classic song was a wonderful surprise. I listened to it 3 times in a row.

A fantastic version of a timeless classic. It's also hard to believe that Rita is 66 and Jackson 74, they are both looking good for it.

Agreed, I fell for Jackson when I was 14, before Saturate Before Using was released. I bought that album immediately and a purse for my Sophomore year, that was made from one of those burlap Jeep water bags, bc of Jackson & my youngest son is named Jackson. He’s super aware of JB, people have been asking/telling him about JB and he always tells them, “Yup, I know his music, I was named for him!” I loved Doctor My Eyes immediately and wowey, I bought all his albums, still do. I have seen almost everyone in Concerts live, including Jackson Browne, would love to see him again ❤

Hard to believe this is the same Jackson Brown that was Running on Empty back in the 1970's. Rita, you came a long way since the Brady Bunch back in 1972. You get more pretty as you get older. You both are Icons to me.
