I've been buying stuff at a Macon, GA auction for years...bought 4 of my last 6 7.3 powerstroke trucks there. Hadn't been to any others. It's highly addictive!

The trouble with buying at auction is that you're buying someone else's retired/reject trucks. They've had the hell run out of them - it's why they're being sold!

What was wrong with those 2 XL classics at the beginning of the trucks? Those are old 60 series Detroit's. (Usually are) those trucks run like hell with fairly little issues.

I was just there today, the dry vans were all garbage. The only reefer worth a damn was not even listed on the site. As far as the trucks the only ones worth anything were the Volvo and cascadia day cabs.

The only tuck that is worth buying from that auction would of been that blue FLD 120 the rest was not even worth even showing other maybe the Century, Columbia if they was pre 2002.

What do you think of gliders? What type of truck at auction would you recommend for someone starting out? Or work for someone for a year or two first?

I like gliders but they are really expensive. If your looking for a cheap first truck. (Work Horse only) I would highly recommend fld 120 or Freightliner century. If you looking to look good and customize while driving then w900 or 379. I don’t know enough about this isx to recommend anything after n14 or 60 series

@@beunbad they are great trucks if you look at classic do fld for a new driver the company classic is a monster to drive horrible turning radius. Coronado’s are actually my dream truck as a glider.
