P.S, not that I have that kind of money to spend on ANY guitar but there’s no way in hell I’d buy either one of those without locking tuners. That really is a giant middle finger to the customer.

he got mine a few years ago. i bought a gibson lp '58 replica and traded it a month later, after i played a nik huber at the musikmesse in frankfurt. i thought: "this can't be.... i just dumped 4000€ into a guitar that's not even half as good..."

The Nik Huber guitars are so affordable compared to PRS John Mayer Semi guitar or the Custom Shop Gibson LP Mark Knopfler guitar..

86,000 € Ar least it isn't gaudy or over the top embellished. I have found playing an expensive Jens Ritter guitar while wearing white gloves can be rather difficult. Zees guys are hilarious.

86,000??!!!! Henning says...." It is quite something..." I laughed again...Just cant believe most of his stuff is sold.. I mean, the damn guitar better be able to give you oral sex for that kind of money... I dont care how many gem stones it has on it... These are way over the top, gorgeous yes, but just artwork for people with way too much money.....Kinda puts the average Joe in his place knowing that these kinds of guitars, SELLOUT....Again, a great vid Henning.. alot of fun...

LOL.. Yep! You found me out!!!!! Honestly, they are gorgeous, seriously nice craftsmanship, but as a 40+ year guitarist, theres no way I'd EVER even consider paying that much money for a guitar, unless it was Gilmour's, Kossoff's, maybe Page's, you get the idea....These days, to be honest again, I'm just so glad we are in the days where you can get a guitar in a kids hands for $500, and it'll be awesome. I posted on another channel, I own 9 guitars, most between $2000 and $4000, and right now, my favorites are my $800 Schecter, and my $700 Ibanez...oh but those Ritters were nice too....;-}

Blaydrnnnr I wouldn’t even pay $2000 for a guitar... unless it’s an acoustic one. I’m just not good enough to justify super expensive guitars :). If you owned a guitar like those in the video, would you even dare to play it for fear of scratching it? “Don’t touch it! Don’t even look at it!” ;)

There was a time when some vintage guitars were crazy expensive. So $2000 wasnt really anywhere near expensive for some models. But like I said before...these days, its just so good that you can get reasonably priced stuff thats actually, very playable, and "keepable". “Don’t touch it! Don’t even look at it!” ....Spinal tap!!!!

That blue one was ewww. Beautiful wood ruined by mediocre concept staining. Just my opinion. They look like great guitars, but that blue one just looks like a mistake lol. Cool vid, though!

I’d buy a high quality PRS before I put a penny on what’s basically just guitars for show. These guys have really shitty attitudes regarding the playability of a guitar. That’s a real deal breaker for me!
