Just saw the stream to see where my character placed. The mantis wasn't a shitpost, but it is my first character ever and I lost a lot of progress in the final few days of making her when my harddrive corrupted. please excuse the bugs such as the rivals 2 pummel system not yet working in rivals 1. to answer your question about what the down b does, it's the same status as special pummel. It steals your opponent's next jump. The workshop page should have explained it all, which would have been good to read for all the characters. I noticed quite a few characters had alternate moves or effects that I only learned about through the workshop page. As a creator I checked your stream for criticisms, however you said some things that just weren't elaborated on such as "Oh no. I'm immediately noticing som- like-" and "I feel like this like commits all the workshop crimes." could you please elaborate further? It seems like aside from bug fixes you had other opinions that I think could be useful to me moving forward.

Absolutely. If you want, you can DM me on Discord and I can give you a full breakdown. A main point I often try to highlight is that a big part of character design is the ability to get the point of your character and their gimmicks across as clear as possible visually and mechanically. If you have to go to the steam page to read a guide on what certain moves do at a baseline, you've already offput people who try your character for the first time.
