Good vid, maybe burston next? I saw a guy with heat and CD say his roll was bad but idk how if the incarnon puts you red crits zone and the plus heat makes it armor strip plus more DMG... Am I wrong here?
Definitely not bad! It's a "suboptimal" stat because the Incarnon-Mode of the Burston already deals heat-damage at base. But it's still an amazing Riven, you can do a viral-heat setup super easy with this one. And let's be real here: the Burston RIPS even w/o a Riven.
I regularly run his PA weapons due to the magnet of Scourge allowing me to land easy headshots. I bet it'd make the synergy cheesy as long as you practice alt-firing Scourge every now and then
