its crazy how river has grown as an artist on the last years, been following his stuff since 2018 and seen the level that he became is crazy. he just recently changed his whole style and then scalated so Quickly to be one of the best in the world, probaly the highest level up in beatboxing in such an short period of time, trully incredible!

Mec ... Je fais partie de la vaste majorité silencieuse, amoureux du beatbox et pratiquant à mes heures depuis 2011 . Bien qu'en france, j'ai eu le plaisir de te voir en ligne , nous faire vivre "your eyes", lorsque tu étais sur les planches au Japon il y a quelques mois ... J'ai vibré comme rarement, ressenti un paradoxe d'émotions telles que des larmes ont coulé sur mes joues, pendant que tu tentais de te retenir, visiblement bouleversé par ce que tu nous a offert à ce moment précis. Il n'y a depuis, pas une semaine sans que je re-visionne ces instants, gravé dans ma petite âme de musiciens amateur . Une gratitude sans pareil pour ta capacité à nous avoir touché... puisses tu nous renverser encore . Je n'ignore pas la quantité de travail et d'abnégation que cela demande pour arriver à ce niveau d'expression. Merci .

Hi river! may i know what song you sang in the first round against napom in 2023 GBB finals?

I spent the whole song wondering when it would pick up, drop, or leave the gloomiest atmosphere I've ever been dragged through. Great song, weirdly produced IMO, but I know it smacks on the stage so I will stick to that version of it! Not hating, but I also did not enjoy the way this was produced (in my ears). It looked good, but it's a video for a song, so that's the part that was lacking for me. River' is extremely talented nonetheless.

from a listener's point of view this is more innovative and easier to listen and relate to than alot of rolls/beats/fast percussion etc

I like how many beatboxers come here to gather and appreciate this guys masterpiece
