0:20 don't know if these fish were or still are released after the stripping but holding a salmon from its tail like that causes spinal nerve damage to the fish, leading to partial paralysis and usually death later on, even if the fish appears to swim away fine. Otherwise great work given the sorry state of Cornwall's salmon population.
