An exciting week by ship on the Rhone River is behind us. We were with the ship S.S. Catherine on several stages on the way from Avignon to Lyon. We saw exciting cities and wonderful landscapes. We also passed through several locks. All this and much more can be seen in this video. Have fun.

I did four cruises with Uniworld top notch product and excellent service the only new ship I did was the Bon VOyage in Bordeaux

Yes, I like the ships very much too. This year I am planning to go on a cruise with the Bon Voyage. I really liked it on the Catherine, the ship on the video. Everything was perfect. Thank you for watching my video.

@@pidiontour1505 do you take the pre packages? I did it for the Bordeaux a little desappointed with the hotel in Paris and its price very expensive but it was next door to the Louvre though

@@yvescrepeau5955 I organized my own travel and hotel. That was no problem for me, since I live in Switzerland. And so I could spend another day or two in Avignon before the river cruise started.

@@pidiontour1505 Smart, I have one more river cruise to do with UNitoworld and that is the lower Danube from Budapest to Bucharest, I visited before but that was in the Cold War days in the late 70s as a high school student

do you have to get off the ship for them to clean

The crew always cleaned our cabins unobtrusively. For example, when we had breakfast or went on an excursion. It was always surprisingly nice that when you came back, everything was clean. I still need a service like that at home.

Hello Bernadine, Thank you for watching my film and I hope you enjoyed it. Of course there were guests on board. Despite the pandenie, the S.S. Catherine was well booked. I wanted to focus on the trip, the experiences and the ship.And so I was able to enjoy the cruise and the filming and didn't have to ask the guests for permission to record them. Hi Pidi, we are currently in Lyon on board SS Catherine and have just rewatched your video and saw so many places and scenes that we have seen. What cabin were you in as the decor is exactly the same as the one we are in!
