We boarded one of the most luxurious river cruise ships in the world in Bordeaux, France for seven nights of exploration, wine drinking, Chateaux visiting, wine drinking, vineyard cycling and (ahem) wine drinking. In this first episode of our voyage vlog we arrive in Bordeaux and explore some of the accommodation options on board S.S. Bon Voyage, one of Uniworlds newest and most expensive ships. Bon Voyage!

Looks a little touch of luxury. Just one river cruise on the Danube (Xmas markets, Dec 2019) with Viking. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and another booked for next year on the Rhine 🤞. However, this looks a level above, love the sumptuous soft furnishings! “Come on you 2pts Yellows”! 😂👍

Oooh, we've not been on Viking river but would love to if we could fit it in lol! Have fun. We're doing Christmas markets on the Danube too but on another line! :D I'll look out fr your yellow and green scarf! (COYY - he said knowing we'll be stuffed today vs Chelsea lol)!

Hi guys, ive done five cruises with them including this one, my last one was last spring from Amsterdam ro Brussels aka Tulips and Windmills on the River Queen by far my favorite one, As you know I will be on the Ovation as of next Sunday. I might give the Explora brand a try in 2025.

Comment Hi Patricia. Rest assured, we have in no way let you down. Our ambassadorship with Panache Cruises is very important to us. We’re not paid a penny by Panache but they do help us with their extensive contacts to sail on more ships in more varied locations. In return, we let them embed our videos on their website to enrich their site and to provide a better experience for their customers. They have absolutely no editorial, financial or artistic control over anything we produce - they just love what we do! If you notice many vloggers have sponsorships or tie-ins (Skillshare, Squarespace, Babble etc) but because they’re not directly related to cruising, nobody seems to mind! We like to edit in a ‘hard ad’ for Panache every so often as way of thanks for being such lovely people (and they really are lovely people who do a fantastic job - you should try them). Lovely ship and yes we have done two river cruises, both with Viking. One was the Grand European and the other in Russia, the Waterways of the Tsars. They were both fantastic.

We have done two RC with Uniworld…. Amsterdam to Budapest, Budapest to Istanbul ( included flight from Bucharest). On The Duchess. The most wonderful holiday ever .

Was this particular ship a reconditioned one. Uniworld have a habit of reconditioning some of their small ships and that means they are beautiful but the cabin size remains the same

Yes Karen, she was once the 'River Royale' before being re-imagined from top to toe. Yes, because it's an older ship, I suspect it's why the cabins are small compared to newer Uniworld ships. :)

Wow love your videos !! But how are you able to cruise so much while I've been waiting since sept 2019( silversea ) ... You are so fortunate to be able to travel ..money 💰 etc !!! Living the dream I guess .. I follow your channel with great interest but I'm being to think 'yes it's just about anything cruise will do as long as the price is right ... I've been waiting for more of your silversea silver moon update you have normally completed by now but I guess you have become ?????

Hi again Patricia. Thank you for being so interested and supportive of our videos. We really appreciate it. ❤️ I think you’re misunderstanding the content we have been releasing lately. You see, we gave up our day jobs last year to travel full time (Yes we are extremely privileged to be able to do this for however long it lasts before our money runs out) so of course you’re going to see much more varied content on our channel. We’ve been very busy since the lifting of lockdown on various cruises (which you’ve seen obvs) and editing takes countless hours per video. We’ve got a lot more planned for Silver Moon so thank you for your patience - I will deliver! But I’ve also got to divide my time by releasing all the other lovely cruises we’ve been on too so it doesn’t become too ‘samey’ and there’s variety in our channel. We really love your comments and hope you have the patience to hang on in there while we get busy sorting the backlog. Thank you. ☺️
