Week 44 and Lots of herps. Excellent! Y'all must have been on the upper edge of the range for Eastern Corals in Ga. They aren't easy to find anywhere. Yes, iPhone on selfie sticks make excellent herping cameras. You can buy a good tripod mount holder with a cold shoe for a small light. Great for day or night. I always find that most water snakes have a severe attitude problem.

I recently moved to Georgia and I've seen alot of the Midland water snakes by the lake on my property, I'm glad to know they aren't venomous. I don't know anything about snakes as we don't have snakes where I'm from, that I know of, but they are beautiful creatures, I was worried it was a moccasin or something. Here in denmark we only have three species of newts and salamanders and thats the smooth newt the great crested newt and the alpine newt and here you are flipping many more species of salamanders

Cant tell if your from the south or not, but noticed you are in Georgia and Alabama in some of them. Do you ever find the eastern Indigo. I know Alabama has tried reintroducing them and wondered if you ever see one? Love the channel.

Where I live in New Jersey most snakes &frogs are gone due to pesticides. When I was young they were everywhere. Turtles survived so far.
