we got our R1s 3 weeks ago.. dealing with wind noise on the side mirror/glass area, some vibration around 80mph+.. so far we are happy. hopefully Rivian can fix these issues. new subscribers!
There are definite growing pains, been almost a year for me and have had small nagging issues but nothing serious. But for all the little issues I’ve had I would trade it all for how much fun I’ve had in this vehicle and the places I’ve gone with it. Hopefully your issues stay small and are quickly fixed to get you back out there! Thanks for subscribing!
Nice vid. Cool seeing all the Rivians lined up like that. I'm surprised to see the wheel slip that much before the other wheels kick in. That front left tire went around almost three times before the other tires figured out they need to do the work.
So I haven’t experimented much with the different drive modes to see if the other motors will kick in sooner. In this particular class we were in Off-Road mode in the high setting.
There’s a lot of ways, discord, Reddit. Rivian also has Rivian Clubs of America where owners coordinate events with owners and other enthusiasts. Wherever you live I’m sure there’s a club near you!
