The last chord in the quick change of the 3rd section of the song which starts in the C Maj 7 is shown in the books as a form of B13 flat9 but I never liked the voicing so I sub'd an Am flat 5 in this position. The end of the cycle of the progression ends with a version of B7 #9 to B7 flat 9. You can sub an F#13 - F13. But regardless, enjoy. Of course there are a few alterations you can use or chord substitutions, because honestly, the song has been done quite a bit by many, many guitarists through the years.
