Last time I flew WestJet, we were landing at Pearson Internat'l, there was a cat somewhere in the back, and we were like nosediving through turbulence. The plane was losing thousands of feet in seconds and bumping and swerving all over the place, the guy behind me was chanting "WE'RE GOIN' DOWN", and all the while you could hear a cat meowing somewhere. Still like their service, though.
If you're a small child, if you're travelling with small children, come on up. If you're grumpy and you need to get in your seat really fast, you can do that......LOL!
I really liked Westjet and I flew on 3 different types of airlines, by far westjet was the best, always felt safe with them. Their prices are reasonable which is why I got to fly with them because the DND payed for it at the time and you pay low cost for high quality it was perfect! I flew in with them from Kelowna to Calgary last summer with Army Cadets.
I flew on WJ about 10 years ago for business, and this is true. I got so fed up with it I switched to Air Canada. Still pleasant, and got where I wanted to go without the obnoxious obsequiousness and happy happy West Jetters. 😒😒
huh kinda odd, he starts in calgary, goes to edmonton to do the announcements, is a flight attendent edmonton to winnipeg, then the plane goes winnipeg to vancouver.... it is odd schedule since my family are pilots for westjet so i know how the scheds work.

if only westjet would allow ferrets on board - i really hope they do it, cuz if air canada allows them first ill have to fly AC, and I much prefer westjet
