There's a reason all these african countries speak french. Many are trying to improve their countries but they do not have the same head start as european countries or the tithes Israel received. The exorbitant amount of capital needed to produce modern infrastructure is outside of their means which serves as a barrier to 1st world level production required to become a developed nation. This takes more time than some are willing to wait or affect.

The Caribbean or Africa. There are lots of brothers and sisters in Jamaica from Africa they all seems to love it there and we love having them. As a Pan African, we have to stick and help each other. What’s really tragic is that so many Africans view the African continent as a place to flee rather than remain. Why can’t Africans stay in their countries and create their own African versions of the UK, Canada, EU, Dubai, Singapore Malaysia, , etc? Why don’t Africans elect competent / honest leaders who can invest in education and economic development? There is nothing wrong with what France and other countries are doing. People need to stay in their own countries and fight the powers that be to make it work. Black people have bad problem of doing this especially in predominantly Black countries. People in the Caribbean run to USA and UK instead of fighting in Jamaica and tge other islands.
