+Steve N Ive never met the guy, but I feel like you are overlooking the fact he just completed the workout, had a 2 minute break, and needed to address the crowd without catching his breath yet. Just seems a bit harsh for the situation.

castro doing those lame burpees with the wide-legged hop up. i know he's a busy guy and i respect him and his accomplishments and of course he's very knowledgeable, but every vid I've seen of dave over the years working out has just been laughable. dave has done so much for crossfit and the fitness world but watching him exercise is always cringe-worthy. not to mention he might be the most self-absorbed human on earth. all that being said, im not a castro hater, just telling it like it is, haha. well anyway, great job fellas. boz has phenomenal form on every exercise and rory is a true adonis.
Castro's level of fitness, given that he's the Director of the games and a figure head in what is supposed to be the spearhead movement of defining what fitness is, is a fucking joke. Boom, mike drop....DC you need some WOD's bro, join a box, d'ya even lift...?
