On my speedo it has km & mph … Probably because European model . In uk we mph , but I have to read the km smaller digits in France Spain etc . The scenery really gets good along the Riviera coast . Cheers for watching again Robert . Best wishes

That sounds great ! We do have a coffee press for Jet boil if we want fresh , but we normally pretty lazy unless set up camping .. like this trip was just about keeping moving , instant crap coffee fitted the occasion 😂

@@LeanIntoTheWind Haha, I see, I just couldn't bear the sight of seeing instant coffee and tried to save you, it is truly the lowest rung on the coffee ladder and I'd rather not have any at all even as a compulsive drinker.

Thanks 🙏! Phone holder is Quad lock . (I say a lot more about it in a video I made called five accessories… in the description on that video are links etc to the parts . I’m not sure what year comes with cruise control. But I think all the RKS models do . The Gas indicator is an extra . . Last point are you saying It would be your first Harley ? If so I’d say it depends what you have been riding previously. It’s a big motorcycle and heavy .. obviously you get used to it . But if you come from a much much smaller bike , I’d say careful of such a jump . The obvious answer would be to go try one at a dealer . The only problem II see with that is , the standard bars are really wide and way to far forward . At 5.5 I see that being uncomfortable for you . It was awkward ride for me at 5.11 Hence I swapped my bars . These have 7 inch more pullback and much narrower at 32 inch . I bought our one 3 months old and saved 9 thousand pound . It only had 3000 miles on it and came with lots extras . The bars on mine are from a Road Glide . So I suggest sitting on one of those in a dealer to see how the bars feel … As basically it’s the same bike but with fairing . Then sit on road kind special and you’ll see what I mean about outstretched bars . But going back , if it’s your first Harley and you come from a much much lighter bike … I’d think twice . But I think even sitting on the two bikes in a dealer will give you more of an idea . I hope that answers your questions bud . That would be my first step . Best wishes

I sat on it and fell in love with it. Deposit has been made 🫶🏻 Thank you for the info, I'll put it to good use.

Yeah I like it , only really use it to boil water … as we use Trangia to cook . But it’s fast , it’s light .. does the job . Our cups fit inside .. so it just lives in pannier .

@@LeanIntoTheWind that's all I want it for just water for coffee so thought I'd ask you. I've also just brought the red wing gloves you done a video on which are most probably the best gloves I've ever brought and there's been a far few lol so value your opinion

@@paulwrixon5843 That’s good to hear , yeah love them gloves and comfy from the word go . Well jet boil excellent bit of kit . So fast for water . We use it all the time . Like I said we keep cups inside and spoon etc .. so it’s just a one grab from pannier . Can’t go wrong .
