It's nice to see the fun humorous side of Lionel again. The older videos on his channel showed a lot more of this side of him. All the videos over the last year or so have been quite serious.

Amazing training sessions! Still think that the real hard sessions need to be done on race simulated conditions to train the muscle groups used in the races. One is example: On an indoor bike trainer the bike is held up and the rider doesn’t have use lateral force to keep balance. And that translates to under trained muscles groups come race day. I’m sure LS knows what he is doing though
Would love if Zwift gave coaches an platform to create training programs with all features enabled such as power, cadence, HR ranges, etc for both cycling and running. Also allowing us to enroll in a running and cycling program at the same time.
