Just finished flop eared mule looking forward to more thank you for bringing back childhood songs I remember as a child at family reunions with fiddle mandolin guitar banjo and sometimes great grandmother would bring piano God bless
I happened upon your videos and I can see that this is the way to go for Mandalin lessons. The problem is , I don't have a Mandolin yet but I'm working on that. I play the mountain dulcimer and it's very similar to the tab with numbers. I'm excited about learning how to play, Thank you so much for posting this great information.
Hi, just read your comment and I happen to have found him recently as well and I'll also use his lesson to try some of my favourite tunes on the mountain dulcimer. He's a great teacher. Cheers, stay mellow, enjoy your playing and slán!
Great Lesson, thankyou so much. Very inspiring. Got my love back, been playing self taught for about 4 years, but now need that 'push' to learn correctly. Go raimh ma agat.
I love this tune & am establishing it in my head as an "earworm". Then I use your TABs on both the Mando & Irish tenor banjo. It's a process all right & I need patience ' cause I have no formal music background.
this helped a lot when I was trying to create a harmony fro it. I know there already is one, but its fun to learn how to make a harmony for any fiddle song on the fly.
This is fantastic thank you! Can you explain what you are doing when you seem to brush the strings just before launching into the second phrase??Are you just holding down the D string second fret and brushing the DA&E strings? It really adds a nice touch so j would love to know. Thank you so much!
