@Omanyala if you read this, i have seen many critics say you run fast times in Kenya because of high altitude. Not sure how true that is cause I am not an expert but if true, maybe you could consider taking the rest of your trainings before the Olympics at a stadium in Mombasa which is lower in elevation?
