Andy, you might want to consider setting your full backs to conservative interceptions to stop them jumping up randomly and your opponent lobbing your full back down the lines :)

yk how you talk about the defensive side of the 4-1-4-1 is i think i know why if youve followed it to a T and your attacking width is 1 on counters your defenders are spreading wide as your transitioning so it leaves massive gaps for someone like mbappe to launch through with ease
